Telemarketers

We are looking for talented telemarketers that will generate sales through cold calling or by responding to requests. You will need to use your friendly and persuasive attitude to be able to understand the customer’s requirements and present solutions accordingly.

KPO executive

We require individuals with specialized domain proficiency. It requires professionals to evaluate given semi-structured information and converting it into specific medical codes, placing said codes into a proper billable format, uploading said bills to respective insurance providers and conducting follow-ups with insurance providers for payment.

Requirements

  • Graduates in any discipline.

  • Excellent command over verbal and written English.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in voice-based operations.

  • Willing to relocate in case residing in any city other than Mohali or Chandigarh.  

  • A robust internet connection if the applicant is required to work from home.

NOTE: ​Prior experience with the US Healthcare system will be an added advantage during consideration.
